Learning About Pregnancy

Our Pregnancy Classes help you learn about what’s happening in your body, how to care for yourself and your baby, and how to prepare for delivery.

We cover the basics of prenatal care, nutrition, emotional well-being, and the adjustments that come with this exciting transition.

for New and Experienced Parents

Our Parenting Classes offer insights and encouragement for the journey of raising a child. Topics include infant care, bonding, discipline, child development, and parenting styles.

These sessions are valuable for both first-time parents and those with previous experience. We welcome mothers and fathers alike, and Fathers-To-Be are highly encouraged to participate.

Earn While You Learn

You’ll be part of our Earn While You Learn program as you attend classes. Each session you complete earns points you can redeem for baby essentials like diapers, wipes, baby wash, clothing, and more. It’s a practical way to prepare for your baby’s arrival while gaining knowledge and confidence.

Throughout the year, we also host a celebratory baby shower for class participants—a special time to honor you and welcome your baby into the world.
