The Women First Pregnancy Center is dedicated to meeting your pregnancy related health needs, free of charge, with the highest level of compassionate care.
Our professional medical staff will provide your free and accurate pregnancy tests and ultrasounds, while our client advocates give you confidential care and resources. We also present you with the most recent and credible medical information and statistics about pregnancy, parenthood, adoption and abortion to help you make informed, healthy decisions.
We listen to your needs and provide coaching regarding your pregnancy decision. Our services extend beyond current pregnancy needs to offer precautionary education as well in order to foster healthy relationships. Through our Healthy Relationships program, we are able to educate and support you in creating a risk reduction plan for sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy.
We are able to refer you to trusted organizations throughout the Birmingham metro area for needs such as sexually transmitted infection testing, post-abortion counseling, adoption, addiction counseling, material assistance, and much more. Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to make healthy lifestyle decisions.
At the Women First Pregnancy Center:

- You will be asked to provide a photo ID such as a drivers license or visa.
- Minors are not required to be accompanied by an adult.
- We utilize only the most accurate pregnancy tests.
- We offer the latest in sonography (ultrasound) technology and trained medical staff.
- There is no charge for any of our services.
